HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR HAT SIZE
Use a tape measure (or a length of string that you will have to hold up to a tape measure) to determine the length. Place the string or tape around your head about 1/8″ above your ear, across the mid-forehead, completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. Basically, you need to measure your head exactly where the hat will sit. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size.

Self Serve Returns:

• To start a return or exchange, visit our return portal here or follow the re: do email instructions if you purchased.

Phone or Email Returns:

• Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from your date of receiving the item/s.
• Damaged item/s or mistakes made by us must be reported to us within 3 days upon of receiving item/s.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear). Footwear must be returned in original box and packaging OR either wrapped or placed in another box or envelope with no tape or writing on it. We cannot resell with the shoe box damaged.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason are: accessories and all other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items (any item discounted 25% or more off full retail price).
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
