When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are still subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy below. 

Shipping:

• $7.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $100
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
• FREE local pickup is available in Abilene, TX (choose at checkout.)

Self Serve Returns:

• To start a return or exchange, visit our return portal here or follow the re: do email instructions if you purchased.

Phone or Email Returns:

• Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from your date of receiving the item/s.
• Damaged item/s or mistakes made by us must be reported to us within 3 days upon of receiving item/s.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear). Footwear must be returned in original box and packaging OR either wrapped or placed in another box or envelope with no tape or writing on it. We cannot resell with the shoe box damaged.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason are: accessories and all other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items (any item discounted 25% or more off full retail price).
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
