What is Redo?
When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.
You can still return your items that meet our return policy criteria, (details below), for a refund, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All returns are still subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy below.
Shipping:
- $7.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $100
- Orders are normally processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. We set up at our Warrenton, TX location in March and October. There will be some shipping delays during these times. If you need your order by a certain date, please use one of the express shipping options and leave your ‘need by’ date in the notes.
- FREE local pickup is available in Abilene, TX (choose at checkout.)
Self Serve Returns:
- To start a return or exchange, visit our return portal here.
Phone or Email Returns:
- Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from your date of receiving the item/s.
- Damaged item/s or mistakes made by us must be reported to us within 3 days upon of receiving item/s.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear). Footwear must be returned in original box and packaging OR either wrapped/placed in another box or envelope with no tape or writing on it. We cannot resell with the shoe box damaged.
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason are: accessories and all other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items (any item discounted 25% or more off full retail price).
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility if not using Re:do as explained previously.
