We offer refund to your original payment method, store credit, or exchange if you meet the following requirements.

Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
Damaged item/s must be reported to us within 3 days upon of receiving item/s.

Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no deodorant, makeup, odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear). When returning shoes, please DO NOT return with tape & shipping labels stuck to the actual shoe box. The shoe box MUST BE returned in a mailing box or wrapped in paper. If any of the returned items are found in the above conditions, they will not be eligible for return. We will return the item(s) back to you and you’ll be required to pay for shipping.

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned include all jewelry, accessories, home decor, and other non-clothing items, intimates including bodysuits/swim/bralettes, leggings, and/or any sale/clearance items marked over 25% off.
