- Damaged item/s must be reported to us within 3 days upon of receiving item/s.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear).
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items (any item discounted 25% or more from full retail price).
